Saves are usually stored in your browser’s "IndexedDB" or "Local Storage." You may need to use the in-game "Export Save" feature to turn it into a text file or .sav file.

Check the game folder or your AppData directory. Path: %APPDATA%\CoC2\saves or similar.

Occasionally, quest flags can get stuck. Manual editing can get your story moving again.
