Check the boxes for the Main Pad Counter (and any other listed counters). Click to confirm the memory is 100% full. Check the boxes again and click Initialize .
Resetting the software counter does physically clean the ink pads. If you reset the counter multiple times without replacing or cleaning the physical sponges inside, ink may eventually leak out of the printer.
