Use the D-pad or face buttons (Triangle for grubber, Circle for punt/drop-kick).

For most setups, the controls follow the classic EA Sports layout used on the PS2 and Xbox. Left Analog Stick. Passing: L1/R1 (tap for short, hold for long). Sprinting: R2 (hold) or Shift key on keyboard.

If you play via Steam (even as a "Non-Steam Game"), you can use the Steam Controller Settings.
